Buying properties for cents on the dollar is key. We actively look for properties with great potential for profit in active selling areas. We look for neighborhoods where they are selling and always offer fair market price.
Our expertise in construction enables us to transform the old into the new. Our group of experienced personnel is equipped with the support to complete each job in a quality and timely manner.
We also fix for our client their properties as General Contractors, Interior and exterior. We are here to help and add value to your home.
We deploy one of two strategies: Fix and Flip when conditions warrant exceptional returns on investment for each property; or Hold and Lease when market conditions do not justify a reasonable profit on the sale of each property. In each case, our property management group handles the majority of functions (i.e. maintenance, rent, taxes, sales, etc). Our mission is to provide real returns for our investors by way of cash-flow and/or sale of each property.
